A motor roller solved my employees back pains

My employees are good and hard working individuals. They do their job well, and to compensate them for that I always like to make sure that they stay happy.
Well, a while ago a few employees approached me about back pains they were experiencing because of having to carry heavy loads off of the loading dock. I sympathized for them, as I’ve had to do it myself a few times.
To make sure they didn’t have the back pains as a reoccurring problem, I installed a motor roller for them. The roller combined with a series of conveyor systems ensured that the heavy loads they had to carry was minimal. The belt conveyer combined with the roller system worked perfect.
I haven’t had a complaint from my employees since, but if they do have a problem I’m here to listen.
